This German advent calendar with glitter accents depicts a Victorian Christmas train pulling into the snow dusted train station.  The townsfolk and children meet the train loaded with toys and Christmas decorations with music and joy.  The stars twinkle in the sky and an owl sits in a treetop observing the festive scene.

The detailed picture has 24 little doors to open. Each door has a little picture behind it. The tradition is to open one door each day from December 1 thru December 24. Children love to open a door a day as they count down to Christmas.
