For logo laser engraving only
**If you are unsure if your file is in vector format, email us your logo/artwork and we would be happy to let you know**
Preferred File Formats/type:
- Vector format file with the extension: .eps (Encapsulated PostScript) & .pdf are best. We may be able to use .ai (Adobe Illustrator) files. We cannot use .svg files.
- The art for engraving needs to be a black & white line drawing with no gradients.
- The art will need a transparent background
- Other types of image file formats (ie: .jpg, .tiff, .bmp, .psd...) are acceptable but may incur the Art Fee starting at $19.95, as the graphic will need to be re-drawn/converted into vector format. For a price quote, please reach out us and have your artwork ready to send.
Helpful tips:
- A high-resolution file is preferable if vector format is not possible. A one color graphic (no gradients) with transparent background is best.
- Please convert text to curves or outlines in a vector file, as we may not have your font on file. Please also combine and flatten all layers.

- When submitting your artwork, you are agreeing to the fact that you are in ownership of or have permission to use the logo/decoration supplied. GermanSteins.com is not responsible for any infringement upon existing copyrights. If the graphic is found by us to be copyrighted or trademarked, permission from the owner for use will be required and a signed waiver may also be required.
