I do not write reviews as often as I should, but after opening this beer stein, I absolutely had to!! I ordered this as a 40th Birthday gift for my boyfriend! First off, I must say GREAT customer service and communication through the whole process! It was out of stock at first (no wonder as great as it is) and then once it came back in stock, they notified me via email, and even provided a discount for the slight delay! I received tracking information and updates via email the whole time! This is such a relief when you order offline and can’t help but be a little skeptical. My product even ended up arriving earlier than expected! I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened it!! Speaking of....the product was packaged so well to avoid getting broken and arrived safe and sound and as BEAUTIFUL as ever! The attention to detail is fantastic on this product and the colors are so vibrant! I was afraid it would look and feel cheap in person, but It is even better than I could have expected, and much bigger too! It comes with a certificate of authenticity inside, as well as a tag that hangs off that shows it is authentic! This will not be my last time ordering!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
