This 1 Liter (34 oz!) mug is the Official stoneware beer mug used during Munich's 2009 Oktoberfest (Octoberfest), held 9/19/09 - 10/04/2009! These mugs are perfect for your own authentic Oktoberfest or Beerfest celebration!

The Oktoberfest collectors' mug remains true to the simple shape which has remained unchanged for over a century.  A finished mug has gone through many hands and production steps.  The high-quality finishing, evinced by many fine details, makes the official Oktoberfest mug a valuable example of a traditional handcraft.  The mug is produced by the firm of Rastal, based in Höhr-Grenzhausen, which still today fulfils orders for stoneware and pewter articles in the tradition of the masterly craftmanship of the "Kannenbäckerland".

Each mug has a copy of the artist's signature on the bottom and comes in a gift box.
