Product Description
This German advent calendar shows a Nisse pausing in his travels to wonder at the beauty of a majestic old oak tree on a hill. Bull finches and a snowy owl rest in the tree branches for the night. A single lantern glows under the oak with points of light showing the path in the background. A crescent moon hangs low in the sky over the scene.
The detailed picture has 24 little doors to open. Each door has a little picture behind it. The tradition is to open one door each day from December 1 thru December 24. Children love to open a door a day as they count down to Christmas.
