München's version of this beer brewing law greatly influenced the country-wide German Reinheitsgebot passed 29 years later in 1516. Detailed cobalt blue stamped decoration.
Salt glazing is a unique process and involves throwing salt into the kiln during the firing process; thus variations, darkening, or spotting in the finish are normal and make each stein one of a kind!
