Product Description
This 3 Liter, 16.75" tall cobalt blue 2014 limitat beer stein portrays Hermann the German and his wolfhound. Hermann is standing in the Teutoburg forest, located in the northeast of Germany, ready for combat and blowing his battle horn to alarm his fellow German tribe chiefs. In this true historic event, in the year 9 AD, the united German tribe chiefs under Hermann's lead decisively defeated three Roman legions. This changed history in Europe as the Roman Empire never again crossed the Rhine river in an effort to conquer Germany.
