Minerva Beer Stein
This 2 Liter 2009 limitaet beer stein prominently features a bust of Minerva, goddess of war, wisdom and strategic warfare, with an ornately decorated warrior helmet. Minerva is also said to be the inventor of metal treatment, weaving technology and of the carriage & plough. Scenes of mythology of Minerva are portrayed on her helmet. The pewter thumblift is formed in the image of the messenger of Minerva's Godfather, Jupiter. An original of this model artwork is on display in the British Museum in London.
This stein was originally modeled by the renowned stein designer Peter Duemler around 1870 and is now being faithfully reproduced by King-Werk GmbH.
This finely hand painted stein features 24K gold accents and a rich cobalt blue background. Includes a certificate of authenticity and history/information in German and English.
