Product Description

This beautifully detailed city motif beer stein is a tribute to the historical landmarks of Salzburg, Austria.  The front depicts an arial panorama view of Salzburg with the city nestled by the Salzach river and framed by the Alps.  The city coat of arms is emblazoned on the top with edelweiss flowers and "Salzburg" in relief below.

The sides have four vignettes depicting the Mozart Denkmal (Mozart Statue - erected in 1844 it was the first monument dedicated to the composer), Glockenspiel (with 35 bells that play over 100 songs), Schloss Anif (Antif Palace, as seen in "The Sound of Music") and Elektr. Aufzug (electric lift - built in 1890 it was the highest lift in Europe).
