Austrian Beer Stein

The Austrian city of Graz is the theme of this relief decorated German beer stein.  The front shows the 13th century clock tower, a landmark with panoramic views of Graz.  The left panel depicts the coat of arms for the state of Steiermark (Styria) of which Graz is the capital.  Styria is well known for is known for wine, spa towns, mountainous terrain and castles.  The right panel has the Austrian coat of arms (Wappen der Republik Österreich).
     
The scenes are framed by with Alpine flowers of Edelweiss, Gentian and Alpine Roses.

Of interest, Graz, Austria is Arnold Schwarzenegger's birth place.
