German Shepherd Beer Stein
This beer stein features a unique grotto or cave that is molded into the body with a German Shepherd dog sitting inside. The dog is made from compressed marble dust from the world famous Carrara mines and is hand painted in northern Italy. The stein body depicts woodland creatures with a family of deer on one side and a mountain goat or Alpine Ibex/Steinbock in the Alps on the reverse. Hand painted relief decoration, dark brown glaze accents and pewter lid.

Excellent Choice for Dog Lovers
I bought this in memory of my chow/shepherd mix and will probably use it for display only. Very realistic German Shepherd that I prefer it to the steins composed of a cartoonish dog. For a nation of dog lovers, King-Werk would do well by making various canine figurines for the more popular breeds and affix them to these wilderness steins. If they offer one featuring a Chow, I will add it to my collection.
