Product Description
This German advent calendar depicts a German hamlet in the country. Young goat frolic around a snowman and children play in the water trough. A woman takes a dish of food out to the cat & dog while the chickens & a goose run to sneak scraps. A hunter is pictured with his German short haired pointer.
The moon and hillside behind the town scene are printed on a parchment style paper and will "glow" when the calendar is placed in a window.
The detailed picture has 24 little doors to open. Each door has a little picture behind it. The tradition is to open one door each day from December 1 thru December 24. Children love to open a door a day as they count down to Christmas.
