This beer stein features a unique grotto or cave that is molded into the body with an alpine Chamois sitting inside. The Chamois (goat-antelope native to mountains in Europe) is ceramic with hand painted details. The stein body depicts woodland creatures with a family of deer on one side and a mountain goat or Alpine Ibex/Steinbock in the Alps on the reverse. Hand painted relief decoration, dark brown glaze accents and pewter lid.
