Product Description

This relief decorated beer stein shows a motif of the Marktplatz (marketplace) in Butzbach, Germany.  The Marktplatz is considered one of the most beautiful places in the state of Hessen with a market fountain (1395), old Town Hall built around 1559-1560 and many old half-timbered houses.  The German state crest encircle the motif with a banner reading Deutschland below.  The sides & bottom rip feature a stylized hop, wheat and hop leaf design against a dark cobalt blue background. 

Pewter lid, hand painted relief decoration, 24K gold accents.
