Product Description

This large German stein holding 4 liters stands at an impressive 20" and depicts traditional Alpine scenes including men and women dancing and drinking in a local tavern.  Mountain wildlife are set against the dramatic backdrop of the Alps on the sides with edelweiss, blue gentian & alpenrose flowers below.  The scenes are timber framed. Hopes and wheat encircle the top and bottom.

Deep cobalt blue background, beautiful hand painted relief decoration and pointed pewter lid.
